This has got to be one of the most iconic catwalk finales of the past decades. The image of Kate Moss floating through the air in an elegant Alexander McQueen creation, swathes of fabric swirling around her -- it's a hologram! So ethereal, so fleeting, it sends chills down our spine. Just shows how ahead of his time Mr. McQueen was. RIP.
P.S.
In case you're wondering -- the beautiful music is from Schindler's List; written by John Williams, with Itzhak Perlman on the violin.
Also, in a shameless pitch: We have a sheer silk scarf by Alexander McQueen -- very chic for wrapping around any outfit for an infusion of cool, or just lovely as a gift.
