Last year, for the first time since 1959, Aston Martin triumphed at the 24 Hours of Le Mans (24 Heures du Mans). Commonly known as the "Grand Prix of Endurance", this is the world's oldest sports car race in endurance racing, held annually since 1923 near the town of Le Mans, Sarthe, France.
As key sponsor of the Aston Martin Racing team, Hackett London drove home the long association between the two sides with racing stripes on this stylish cotton pique polo shirt from the Spring/Summer 2010 range.
You'll particularly love the "Aston Martin Racing" insignia, neatly styled with exceptional detailing, even in the back of the shirt.
P.S. You'll probably also enjoy this 3:50 BTS video of the Hackett SS2010 menswear campaign -- the vibe is clean, typical English gentleman, and very "man chic".
The clip was filmed on location at The Saatchi Gallery in London, during the photo shoot of the seasonal photo shoot (themed "The Art of Dressing") by London-based photographer Garda Tang.
