ELIE TAHARI 'Mary' Dress

Embrace femininity with this retro-inspired shirtdress from Elie Tahari, updated with a layered lapel and finished with a waist-defining tie. Add a black jacket for the office, or dress down with white plimsolls!

ELIE TAHARI
From his invention of the tube top (yes, he's the one) to the extensive use of stretch fabrics in fashion, Elie Tahari has repeatedly ventured where others have not gone before. Tahari arrived in NYC in 1973, and his first jobs were delivering laundry, washing cars and pumping gas. A job as an electrician eventually brought him to the city’s garment district. Tahari jokes that he couldn't get any "respect from the girls" as an electrician, and so set his sights on being a designer. His fashion empire, which got off the ground in 1974 with the opening of a boutique on Madison Avenue, now boasts a global presence in more than 40 countries and over 600 U.S. stores.

ELIE TAHARI Caped Silk Dress

Capes. Say the word, & images of masked super-heros (& heroines) mid-flight are what immediately pops into many people's minds.
The fact is, by its fluid shaping, restricting people from seeing the wearer's form, the cape style exudes such a level of refinement & secrecy to the wearer. It is abstract, yet classy & affluent.
With so many big names reinventing this old-school style, the "Caped Crusader" look has been taking over runways, entering wardrobes around the world &, as fashion editor & trendsetter Tania Braukamper states, making it as "a major 2010 fashion trend".
You won’t find Batgirl or Wonder Woman with this gala-red crepe de chine Elie Tahari dress -- just superb tailoring, & a dramatic silhouette that conveys nothing but romance & modern evening elegance.
Maximise your look with an obi belt (like the model), or wear it as it is with dazzling peep-toe slingbacks & an embellished clutch.
Just try it on & you'll be won over with its cool sophistication!

ALICE + OLIVIA Shift Dress with Front Gathers

We've had the Little Black Dress & the Little White Dress & even the Little Grey Dress, now it looks like you'll need a Little Red Dress too to be on trend :-)
On the red carpets stars have been stepping out in tomato hues, ensuring all eyes are on them.
Red looks good against pale or tanned skin & brunette or blonde hair, so everyone is a winner! (Well apart from redheads maybe, hehe?)
This red dress with front gathers by Alice + Olivia oozes plenty of glamour & sex appeal, so you probably don't need to add much accessories. Killer heels & a couple of simple gold bangles would work well. If you're feeling particularly brave, a slick of matching red lippy would complete the sexy kitten look!

Luella Winchester Coat

Making good on a drunken dare, Central St. Martins grad & one-time Vogue UK journalist Luella Bartley launched Luella the label in 2000. With the ‘English IT girl’ (who's as rebellious as she is adorable) as her eternal muse, Luella has created many cheeky, original designs that embody a particularly British style. Some of her biggest fans are British notables like Kate Moss, Lily Allen & Alexa Chung.

This double-breasted red & black hunting/riding coat will help make cold weather feel so much less bleak on your travels.
Classic, charming style you'll love for years.

Worn by supermodel Angela Lindvall as the opening number on the Luella runway show.
