Modern Vintage was launched in 2003 by Brian and Rick Cytrynbaum. The Montrealer brothers co-own the Majestic Mills group, which manufactures and produces for an impressive 175 brands (and counting) worldwide -- including Earnest Sewn jeans, and Nicole Richie’s Winter Kate and House of Harlow lines -- with its core competency in apparel and footwear.
