The soft, cloud-like ‘shibori’ print popped on many pieces on the Rebecca Taylor Spring/Summer 2012 runway. The Japanese dyeing technique was actually Taylor’s nod to the country’s 3.11 earthquake last year, but the effect is optimistically bright and dreamy.
